In addition, your personal information may also be disclosed under the following circumstances:

• Under discretion, if it is decided that disclosure of information is necessary as there is a threat to your health, safety or life, or that of other individuals
• In the case of minors, under the Child Act (2001), Auravita is mandated to report individuals who are suspected to be physically or emotionally injured as a result of ill-treatment, or suspected to be subject to neglect or abandonment

Impact resulting from failure to supply and consent to the Processing of Personal Data

Except for Personal Data which is Processed for direct marketing purposes as well as those set out above, it is obligatory for you to provide certain categories of Personal Data which we request from you for us to Process. Should you decline to provide such obligatory Personal Data or decline to consent to the Processing of your Personal Data, it may not be possible for us to continue to provide you with the services, notices and/or products that you have requested.

Data Transfer and Sharing

Where we consider it necessary or appropriate for the purposes of data storage or Processing or providing any service or product on our behalf to you, we may transfer your Personal Data to an affiliate or third party service or product providers within or outside the country in which we are established, under conditions of confidentiality and similar levels of security safeguards.
